Edamame

I. HEART. EDAMAME.
It's a really good appetizer to order when you are at a sushi, chinese, or thai restaurant.
Those are usually the most common places you will find this.
Usually it's steamed with some sea salt on top.

Recently, I found this recipe and thought I would give it a shot.
It's a nice little treat/snack to make that you can munch on throughout the day.

EDAMAME:

What you will need:

- Aluminum foil
- 1 Package frozen edamame (shelled) - this is sort of hard to find so you may have to check a couple stores
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2) Let frozen edamame thaw on the countertop on a paper towel.

3) Mix parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, toss edamame with olive oil.

4) Add the edamame to the parmesan mixture until evenly coated.

5) Spread onto pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

6) Bake for 15 minutes.
AMAZEBALLS!!
SO YUMMY!!! TRY IT! :)
